{"id":1780,"date":"2024-08-30T11:37:37","date_gmt":"2024-08-30T10:37:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/annalindh.nl\/?p=1780"},"modified":"2026-09-16T10:37:11","modified_gmt":"2026-09-16T09:37:11","slug":"rechtsakte-tegen-export-van-f-35-onderdelen","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/annalindh.nl\/nl\/rechtsakte-tegen-export-van-f-35-onderdelen\/","title":{"rendered":"Rechtszaak tegen de Export van F-35-onderdelen"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>30 augustus 2024<\/em><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"PDq2pG_selectionAnchorContainer\" data-start=\"1277\" data-end=\"1326\"><\/h2>\n<p class=\"PDq2pG_selectionAnchorContainer\" data-start=\"1328\" data-end=\"2111\"><strong data-start=\"1328\" data-end=\"1335\">PAX<\/strong>, Oxfam Novib en The Rights Forum hebben samen een rechtszaak aangespannen tegen de Nederlandse staat over de export van in Nederland gemaakte onderdelen voor F-35-gevechtsvliegtuigen naar Isra\u00ebl. Ze gaan in beroep tegen de recente uitspraak van de rechter en roepen mensen op om hun <a class=\"decorated-link\" href=\"https:\/\/paxvoorvrede.nl\/acties\/stop-het-geweld\/\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"1590\" data-end=\"1649\">petitie<\/a> te tekenen die oproept tot een einde aan het geweld. Zolang de rechter niet anders beslist, is de export van F-35-onderdelen naar Isra\u00ebl verboden. Omdat er echter zorgen zijn dat deze onderdelen Isra\u00ebl via indirecte routes alsnog kunnen bereiken, hebben de organisaties een nieuw kort geding aangespannen. Op 12 juli oordeelde de rechter, op basis van een eerder vonnis, dat hij geen uitspraak kon doen over de indirecte levering van F-35-onderdelen. Tegen deze uitspraak wordt nu hoger beroep ingesteld.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2113\" data-end=\"2448\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">PAX, Oxfam Novib en The Rights Forum blijven vastbesloten om de Nederlandse staat aan zijn internationale verplichtingen te houden. Hoewel de juridische strijd nog niet voorbij is, besloot de Nederlandse staat na de uitspraak van het gerechtshof in Den Haag in cassatie te gaan bij de Hoge Raad.
